“We are totally impressed with the excellent care given to residents. The home is designed to be environmentally friendly — lots of sky lights to bring natural light into the home setting. Residents are clean, dressed and encouraged to be socially engaged in daily activities. The care provided my friend seems excellent and highly personalized; his health, mental perspective and social skills seem to be significantly improved. The owner and her staff are simply superb caregivers. I have dropped by the residential home unannounced on several occasions and found everything in top order — no pretends and no secrets. Moreover, my loved one seems to enjoy the food; before his illness, he would often omit two meals a day. Now, the staff at Ideal Care Homes has my loved one eating three meals and snacks — what a breakthrough! Ideal Care Homes is definitely a keeper facility — the facility sparkles with cleanliness, it is odor-free all the time.
